PCC and Marriage

The marriage certificate is the official record that, two person have under taken marriage ceremony some other Jurisdiction, a marriage certificate serve a dual purpose of granting permission for marriage to take place and then recording the fact that it has done.

Attestation of the marriage certificate is required for getting a family visa for foreign countries.

To apply a police clearance certificate, the applicant is required to fill a application form. The filled in application form may be submitted personally or through a representative having identity document and authority letter signed by the applicant.
